Based in Poland, Pathy's work spans one of central Europe's fastest-growing logistics real estate markets, and he is closely involved in EQT Real Estate's development pipeline in the region. He is also responsible for leading acquisition due diligence and the coordination and delivery of EQT Real Estate's development projects in the region. Pathy joined EQT in August 2019.
