Paolo Manco

Paolo Manco is a Construction & Development Director at EQT, where he oversees real estate development projects across Italy as part of the firm's real estate platform. He also brings experience from international development projects, contributing a broader perspective to EQT's construction and development work. Based in Milan, Paolo's work spans both the Italian and international markets, reflecting EQT's ambition to build a real estate platform with cross-border reach. Paolo holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano. Prior to joining EQT, he worked as an engineer in the geotechnical and civil fields and spent more than 12 years in real estate development across the industrial and retail sectors. Paolo joined EQT Partners in 2021.
