Previously, Odette worked as a Vice President at EQT Partners. Before that, Odette worked as an associate at Goldman Sachs in London and New York.

Odette holds a M.Sc. in Financial Economics and a LL.M. in Financial Law from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
