Nino Gorla

Experience

Nino Gorla is a Managing Director in the EQT Private Capital Asia team. Nino worked for BPEA from 2011 until 2022, when the company joined forces with EQT and was renamed BPEA EQT.

Prior to joining BPEA, Nino started his career in China 20 years ago, providing consulting and marketing strategy services to clients in the FMCG, automotive, pharmaceutical, media and other sectors. He spent over 10 years with Mars Greater China, holding a wide range of marketing and sales roles where he established distribution systems reaching nearly 1 million points of sale, and substantially improved brand-building and promotions effectiveness at the point of sale, before assuming broader SBU and General Management roles.

Nino holds a B.A. in Sociology from Georgetown University and an M.A. in Chinese Studies from Suzhou University.
