Nick Boccella

Nick Boccella is a Managing Director at EQT, where he focuses on transaction execution and portfolio management for the firm's European real estate business. He heads EQT's European Disposition team, leading sales and exit processes across the platform's logistics and industrial portfolio. Based in London, Nick's work covers EQT's pan-European real estate platform across both new transactions and the firm's in-place portfolio. Nick first joined Exeter Property Group in 2007 as an analyst, working on the firm's early US funds, and rejoined in 2020 ahead of EQT's 2021 acquisition. He previously led EQT's European Debt Capital Markets team and is part of the deal team for Elemental Impact, a recipient of an EQT Foundation grant. Nick holds a B.S. in Business Administration, Finance, from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business. Prior to rejoining Exeter in 2020, he was in Finance and Development at The Goldenberg Group in Philadelphia, where his work covered the living and retail sectors.
