Marty Cole

Marty Cole has been an advisor to EQT since 2022.

From 1980 to 2014, Marty had a professional career with Accenture. From 2012 until his retirement in August 2014, he served as the Chief Executive of the Technology Group. During his career at Accenture, Marty also served as the Chief Executive of the Communications, Media and Technology Group from 2006 to 2012, Chief Executive of
the Government Group from 2004 to 2006, Managing Partner of the Outsourcing and Infrastructure Delivery Group from 2002 to 2004 and Partner in the Outsourcing and Government practices area from 1989 to 2002.

Marty served as a director of Cloudera, Inc., an enterprise data cloud company, from 2014 to 2020, Chair of the Board for a period, and served as the interim Chief Executive from August 2019 to January 2020.

Marty has served as a director of Western Digital Corporation since 2014 and Western Union since 2015.

Marty received a BA from Dartmouth College and an MA from the University of Texas at Austin.
