Marco Nesemeier

Marco Nesemeier is a Director of Development and Construction at EQT Real Estate, where he leads the development and construction platform across Germany. He oversees the full project lifecycle — from land sourcing and entitlements through construction and delivery — across a broad portfolio of logistics and light industrial assets. Based in Bielefeld, Marco's work spans Germany's key logistics corridors and growth markets, and he is closely involved in EQT's real estate development activity across the country. Marco joined EQT in October 2023. He heads the Development and Construction team for Germany, working across investment, asset management, and external project partners to deliver EQT's development pipeline. Marco holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Bielefeld-Minden. Prior to joining EQT, he served as General Manager at Bockermann Fritze plan4buildING GmbH, where he led both the land brokerage and project management teams across major logistics developments in Germany.
