Marcin Sabala

Marcin Sabala has been associated with the real estate market since the beginning of his professional career. He started as a real estate broker and then continued his career in the retail sector, working at Jerónimo Martins (Biedronka) and later at OBI as an Expansion Manager. At OBI, he was also responsible for property and asset management. From 2016, he worked at Ghelamco, where he was responsible for acquiring projects for office buildings and retail parks, as well as leasing retail projects. He later joined Dom Development as Project Director. Since 1 January 2022, Marcin Sabala has served as Development & Leasing Director at EQT Real Estate Poland. He has a strong track record of achievements across all of the companies he has worked for and extensive knowledge of the real estate sector. In his spare time, he enjoys water sports and skiing. He is also the father of two teenage sons who constantly keep him on his toes.
