Lucia Ruiz
Lucia is a Director in EQT Private Equity, where she identifies and executes investments across Spain. She focuses on sector-agnostic opportunities, with particular experience in technology, healthcare, and industrial technology. Lucia joined EQT Partners in January 2021 and has been based in the firm's Madrid office throughout her tenure. Lucia holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from ICADE - Universidad Pontificia de Comillas and Lancaster University. Prior to joining EQT, she worked as an Investment Associate at Bregal Milestone, and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays, focusing on healthcare and natural resources.
