Prior to joining EQT Partners, Lennart worked as a consultant with Bain & Company focusing on financial services, industrial and private equity clients.

Lennart holds an MSc Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE) and a B.A. HSG in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
