Kevin Farley

Kevin Farley is a Managing Director at EQT, where he leads dispositions of real estate investments in North America. In this role, Kevin works closely with investment and asset management teams to execute on exit strategies across the region. Based in Radnor, Pennsylvania, Kevin is closely involved in the firm's broader portfolio management activities, with a focus on producing realized returns for investors. Kevin joined EQT Real Estate in 2015, when the firm operated as Exeter, and has been part of the management team since joining. Kevin holds a BBA from Loyola University Maryland and an Executive MBA from Saint Joseph's University. Prior to joining EQT, he served as Director of Asset Management & Operations at Stockton Real Estate Advisors, and before that worked at Jones Lang LaSalle, and started his career at LaSalle Investment Management.
