Jonathan Mackie

Jonathan Mackie is Managing Director and Head of Investments, Europe at EQT Real Estate, based in the firm’s London office. Jonathan joined EQT in 2016 and focuses on investment activity across the European real estate market, with particular expertise in logistics and distribution assets. Jonathan specialises in acquisitions and leasing within the logistics and distribution sector, with a particular focus on the Benelux region. His work encompasses identifying and executing investment opportunities, as well as managing leasing strategies and value-creation initiatives across logistics portfolios. His focus reflects the growing importance of well-located, high-quality logistics real estate supported by structural demand from e-commerce, supply-chain optimisation and modern distribution requirements.
