John Hanley

John Hanley is a Managing Director at EQT Real Estate, where he is responsible for managing acquisitions, development, leasing, and asset management across the Central region of the U.S., covering markets including Kansas City, St. Louis, Chicago, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Indianapolis, Louisville, Detroit, Cincinnati, Columbus, and Cleveland. He has played a key role in growing the Central regional portfolio to over 100 million square feet of industrial real estate and has negotiated over 150 leases totaling approximately 35 million square feet throughout the region. Earlier in his EQT Real Estate career, John served as Investment and Leasing Officer covering Indiana and Kentucky, building deep expertise in the Midwest industrial market. John joined EQT in 2008. He holds a Graduate Certificate of Business from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Furman University.
