John de Koning
John de Koning is a Partner in the EQT Life Sciences team, based in the Amsterdam office, focusing on the Life Sciences strategy. John joined LSP in 2006, and the firm was renamed EQT Life Sciences in 2022 when it joined forces with EQT. Prior to joining LSP, John was Managing Director of Semaia Pharmaceuticals in Utrecht. Before that, he worked at the UCSF Cancer Center in San Francisco on a fellowship from the Dutch Cancer Society. John holds an MSc in Medical Biology (cum laude) from Utrecht University and a PhD in Oncology from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
