Jean Baptiste Serra

Jean Baptiste Serra is Senior Director, Investment and Leasing at EQT, where he is responsible for sourcing investments, leasings and asset management in Italy. His role spans the full investment lifecycle, from deal origination to ongoing asset management across the Italian market. Based in Italy, Jean Baptiste focuses on the Italian real estate market, contributing to EQT's platform with deep local expertise built over more than two decades in the sector. Jean Baptiste joined EQT in ​2021. Prior to joining EQT, Jean Baptiste served as Head of the Logistics & Industrial team in Italy at BNP Paribas Real Estate, where he spent over 13 years and completed more than 350 investment and leasing transactions across the country. Earlier in his career, he spent 12 years at Banca Sella. He is a qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
