Jason Honesty

Mr. Honesty is responsible for managing EQT's Real Estate Regional Construction Management and Due Diligence  team members executing the master planning, design, approvals, of EQT's construction and redevelopment projects. Mr. Honesty joined Exeter Property Group (now EQT Real Estate) in 2008, and has completed ground-up and redevelopment projects that have totaled over $ 2.5 billion in project cost and have been executed for some of the world's largest consumer product and logistics companies. He holds the Institute of Real Estate Management's Certified Property Manager designation and his LEED Accreditation from the U.S. Green Building Council. Prior to joining EQT, Mr. Honesty worked at Liberty Property Trust, where as a Project Manager for Construction and Development, he developed and redeveloped over 30 industrial, life science, flex, and office buildings at an estimated $600 million project cost. He began his career in property management, first for McKesson and later for Liberty. Mr. Honesty graduated with a BS in Criminal Justice from West Chester University and holds a Certificate in Construction Management from Drexel University.
