Jason Borrelli

Jason Borrelli has served as EQT Real Estate’s Head of Property Management and Due Diligence since May 2006. Mr. Borrelli is responsible for managing acquisition due diligence, property operating and capital budgets, physical property conditions, and overseeing property managers across EQT Real Estate's numerous regional offices in the U.S. As member of EQT Real Estate's founding team, Mr. Borrelli has over 31 years’ experience in the real estate industry and has participated in the acquisition due diligence of approximately 1,500 buildings totaling over 350 million square feet. Upon exits, he facilitates portfolio buyers' high-volume, high-scrutiny due diligence. Prior to the formation of EQT Real Estate, from 2002 to 2004, Mr. Borrelli served as Property Manager at Liberty Property Trust, in between two terms at National Properties Incorporated (“NPI”), a multi-family operator where he oversaw property management, construction, and tenant improvements from 1995 to 2002 and from 2004 to 2006. He also participated in $100 million in acquisitions and development and in the disposition of NPI's $315 million multi-family portfolio to the private equity firm Equus. Mr. Borrelli holds an MBA and a BS in Aerospace Engineering, both from the Pennsylvania State University.
