James Golunski

James Golunski is the European COO of Real Estate at EQT, where he oversees operational strategy and management across the European real estate platform. In this role, James works closely with EQT's investment and advisory teams to ensure the effective running of the business across the continent. Based in London, his work spans EQT's regional real estate teams across Europe, and he is closely involved in supporting the firm's operational infrastructure and growth. James holds an MA in Land Economy from Gonville & Caius College, University of Cambridge, with a focus on real estate finance and law, and is a qualified solicitor under the laws of England and Wales. Prior to joining EQT, he worked at White & Case, advising large private equity clients on pan-European real estate transactions.
