Jake Sauerteig

Jake Sauerteig is a Managing Director at EQT Real Estate, where he oversees fund operations and investor relations supporting EQT's private wealth initiatives in the United States. He also serves as Chief Operating Officer of EQT Exeter Real Estate Income Trust (EQRT), EQT's non-traded REIT. Based in Radnor, Jake's work is focused on U.S. private wealth strategies, contributing to the operational infrastructure and business development efforts that underpin EQT Real Estate's retail investor platform. Jake joined EQT in September 2022. Prior to joining EQT, Jake served as Senior Vice President and Director of Operations and Communications for Resource REIT, a non-traded REIT with over $3 billion in multifamily assets, until its sale in May 2022. Earlier in his career, he held various senior roles at Resource Real Estate, the real estate division of Resource America, a NYSE-listed alternative asset manager with approximately $20 billion in assets, spanning capital raising, investor relations, marketing, and communications, where he began in 2007. Jake holds a B.A. in American History from the University of Pennsylvania.
