Isidoor Rutten is a Partner and Head of Private Equity Benelux. He joined EQT Partners in 2021.

Prior to joining EQT Partners he worked at McKinsey & Company, followed by fourteen years at Goldman Sachs, focusing on transactions in the Benelux region. Most recently, Isidoor headed Goldman Sachs’ TMT M&A team for EMEA.Isidoor holds a M.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology and an MBA from INSEAD.
