Hedda Pahlson-Moller

Hedda Pahlson-Moller has been working with EQT since 2021.

Hedda is the CEO of TIIME.org, an Impact Catalyst - Education, Advocacy and Advisory. She has been building the impact investing field the last 15 years in advisory roles to government/EC (European Commission) and as an independent board director to family offices, NGOs, private and public equity funds. She is a private investor with a values-aligned portfolio across asset classes with an emphasis on climate and gender-smart criteria.

Hedda teaches at several European and US universities on topics related to impact finance, social entrepreneurship/innovation and JEDI (Justice Equity Diversity and Inclusion). She is a North-American Swede based in Luxembourg where she sits on the advisory board to the government for Sustainable Development (CSDD.lu) and the Sustainable Finance Initiative.
