Hampus Otterhall

Hampus Otterhäll is a Senior Director at EQT Real Estate, where he is responsible for all logistics investments across the Nordic region and oversees all investment and leasing activities. His mandate spans the full deal cycle — from acquisition and asset management through to disposal — with a focus on value-add logistics and light industrial assets. Based in Stockholm, Hampus works closely with EQT's broader Real Estate team across London and Europe, combining local market knowledge with the firm's pan-European investment platform. Hampus joined EQT in January 2022 and has been based in the Stockholm office throughout his tenure. Prior to joining EQT, Hampus worked at CBRE in Sweden, where he headed the Industrial & Logistics team within Capital Markets. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business and Finance from Durham University.
