Graham Gardner

Graham Gardner is a Director of Portfolio & Transaction Management at EQT, where he focuses on logistics real estate investments, acquisition transactions, and portfolio management within EQT Real Estate. He oversees the Real Estate acquisitions bullpen, supporting EQT's deployment of capital across the North American logistics sector. Based in Philadelphia, Graham's work spans North America, where EQT Real Estate is one of the most active investors in industrial and logistics assets. Graham joined EQT in 2017 through Exeter Property Group, which became part of EQT in 2021. Graham holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Fordham University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
