Graham Brown

With over 23 years of experience in property management across the logistics and industrial warehouse sector, I am Head of Property Management, Europe at EQT Real Estate, where I lead the pan-European management of a strategically important real estate portfolio spanning 14 countries. Since joining EQT Real Estate in 2019, I have built and led a high-performing pan-European property management team, taking full responsibility for the operational performance of our standing assets, including annual OPEX and CAPEX budgeting, with a strong focus on tenant satisfaction and service excellence. I also oversee the handover of new developments and acquisitions into the property management platform, coordinate pan-European property insurance, and support capital raising through active participation in investor due diligence and reporting. Before EQT, I was Managing Director at Orion Group, and spent over a decade in senior operational leadership roles at SEGRO plc and Brixton plc, where I developed deep expertise in property and facilities management, procurement, sustainability, and landlord service delivery across UK and European portfolios. I studied Building Services Engineering at City of Westminster College and completed the Advanced Development Programme (ADP37) at London Business School, focusing on management, leadership, and strategic decision-making. I am also a Chartered Construction Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (FCIOB). I am passionate about building high-performing teams and driving long-term value across complex, pan-European real estate portfolios.
