Giorgio Valli

Giorgio Valli is an Investment and Leasing Officer at EQT, where he leads investment and leasing transactions for the firm's real estate portfolio in Italy. He focuses on logistics and industrial assets, originating opportunities, structuring transactions, and supporting EQT's asset management activities across the sector. Based in Milan, Giorgio's work spans Italy's logistics and industrial markets, where he is actively involved in EQT's platform-building initiatives in these subsectors. Giorgio joined EQT in September 2025. He is based in the firm's Milan office, which was recently established to deepen EQT's real estate investment presence in Italy. Giorgio holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Management from Politecnico di Milano and a Master's degree in Architecture from Politecnico di Milano. Prior to joining EQT, he worked at CBRE as a Senior Advisor in the Industrial & Logistics division, and previously at BNP Paribas Real Estate Advisory as a Business Development Analyst.
