Erin Harvey

Erin Harvey is an Investment & Leasing Officer at EQT Real Estate, where she leads investment origination, underwriting, due diligence, deal negotiation, and transaction structuring across the New England market. She is responsible for Investment Committee presentations and investor relations, and has played a central role in the growth of EQT's value-add Office/Life Science Fund II. Based in Boston, Erin's work spans the New England region, where she oversees a portfolio of approximately 2,200,000 square feet across industrial, flex, life science, and multi-family assets. Her recent acquisitions total over 1,500,000 square feet. Erin joined EQT in May 2021. She is a board member of CREW Boston, a member of NAIOP, the ULI Boston Market Product Council, and the Real Estate Finance Association. Erin holds a B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College and completed the Women's Leadership Program at Simmons School of Management and the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. Prior to joining EQT, she served as Director of Leasing & Marketing at NB Development Group, the commercial real estate arm affiliated with New Balance. During her tenure at NB, Erin was part of senior management to develop Boston Landing, a 1.76 million-square-foot mixed-use project, and completed over 760,000 square feet of office and lab leasing transactions.
