Erik Körner

Erik Körner is a Senior Director at EQT, where he heads the firm's residential real estate investments in the Nordics. He is responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing investments across the region, driving EQT Real Estate's residential expansion across the Nordic markets. Based in Stockholm, Erik operates in real estate markets where local expertise is decisive. EQT's approach centres on off-market origination and developing newly built residential assets with strong ESG credentials and affordability, underpinned by deep knowledge of Nordic rent regulation, zoning processes, and development partnerships. Prior to joining EQT in January 2023, Erik worked as a Director in the Investment and Asset Management team at Scandinavian Property Group, a private real estate investment company focused on residential development and investments in the Nordics. He holds an MSc in Real Estate and Finance from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
