Dawit Mamay

Dawit Mamay is a Director, Investment and Leasing Germany at EQT Real Estate, where he is part of the team leading investment, asset management, and leasing activity for logistics and industrial properties across Germany. He is involved in the full transaction lifecycle, from asset and site acquisition to lease structuring and supporting the development team on select projects, reflecting EQT's continued focus on scaling its logistics platform across core European markets. Dawit's work is concentrated on the German logistics and industrial market, with involvement across key distribution corridors and development sites throughout the country. Dawit joined EQT in 2025 and is based in the firm's Frankfurt office. Dawit holds a degree in Real Estate Economics from IRE|BS International Real Estate Business School and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Prior to joining EQT, he was Senior Director at Knight Frank in Frankfurt, where he and his team led the logistics and industrial property sales across Germany and expanded the firm's institutional client base. Before that, he served as Head of Industrial and Logistics at a Frankfurt-based brokerage-firm, where he led the firm's leasing and advisory business across Germany.
