Courtney O'Donnell

Courtney O’Donnell is Director of Marketing at EQT Real Estate, where she leads marketing efforts focused on leasing, branding, and business development objectives. She works closely with leasing, investment, and operations teams to drive cohesive marketing strategies, strengthen broker and industry engagement, and enhance the visibility of EQT Real Estate’s portfolio and platform. In addition to her marketing mandate, Courtney was instrumental in the development of DealCloud, EQT Real Estate's leasing management platform, and continues to play an active role in its ongoing evolution, applying her knowledge of leasing operations and business workflows to improve system functionality and reporting. Since joining Exeter Property Group, now EQT Real Estate, in 2008, Courtney has supported the firm’s continued expansion through a range of marketing, leasing support, and operational initiatives. Courtney holds a BSBA from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA in Marketing and Management Information Systems from Villanova University. Prior to joining EQT Real Estate, she held marketing roles with the Chester County Economic Development Council and CAN DO, an organization focused on industrial development and economic growth in Northeast Pennsylvania, where she supported development and leasing initiatives and was instrumental in the development and launch of a small business incubator program.
