Chad Rawlings

Chad Rawlings is a Managing Director at EQT Real Estate, where he leads all investment, development, leasing, and operating activities across Northern California, Reno, Seattle, Portland, Salt Lake City, and Denver. He also serves as EQT's primary point of contact for the firm's relationship with Amazon, managing leasing and build-to-suit opportunities across North America. Based in Seattle, Chad's work spans the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West, and extends globally through the Amazon relationship, reflecting EQT's focus on large-scale, strategically anchored industrial real estate. Chad joined EQT Partners in December 2017 to establish and grow the Northwest Region. Prior to joining EQT, he led industrial development at Hines in Seattle for the Pacific Northwest region and served as a submarine officer in the U.S. Navy for seven years, including deployments to the Middle East and Western Pacific. Chad holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
