Carla Augsburger

Carla Augsburger is an Investment Services Director at EQT, where she leads the Business Plan and strategic agenda for the Investment Services function. Her mandate covers large scale transformation and efficiency programs as well as AI and automation initiatives, alongside continuous process improvement and cross-functional alignment to safeguard Investment Services' operational excellence across EQT. Based in Luxembourg, Carla's work covers Investment Services globally and involves close collaboration with various teams across EQT's global platform and EQT Tech to drive delivery and measurable impact. She led the global roll-out of Deal Live, EQT's internal deal execution workflow, and is acting as its primary owner. Carla joined EQT in April 2020. Prior to her current role, she built a strong foundation in the alternative investment funds industry through her work at EY and PwC Luxembourg, where she supported AIFMs and service providers on regulatory and operational improvement projects — including engagements with EQT in Amsterdam and Luxembourg. Carla holds a Master's degree in Investment Management from Cass Business School, completed in 2014.
