Bettina Siempelkamp

Bettina Siempelkamp joined EQT in March 2018 and is Managing Director, Head of Global EQT Network Talent. Her team is the in-house center of excellence for leveraging Talent as a value creation lever across the platform and constantly evolving and expanding our Network of EQT Industrial Advisors and top C-Level Operators. Prior to joining EQT Bettina has been working as an HR consultant for various Private Equity businesses since 2008, focusing on C-Level recruitments for portfolio businesses and advising on organizational structures and processes, including a two-year mandate for Advent International at Douglas Group. Bettina started her career at A.T. Kearney in 1997 and moved to financial PR group Citigate Dewe Rogerson in 1999 focusing on IPOs and M&A transactions in Germany. From 2005 until 2008 she worked in executive search at Board Consultants International. Bettina holds a B.Sc. (Econ) from University College London (UCL) and a M.Sc. from London School of Economics (LSE).
