Ryan Worobel

Ryan Worobel is a Managing Director at EQT, where he leads technology due diligence and post-acquisition advisory for portfolio companies across the firm's Private Equity and Infrastructure strategies. As part of EQT's Digital Value Creation team, Ryan works with portfolio companies to define and execute technology strategy following acquisition. Based in New York, Ryan's work focuses primarily on EQT's North American portfolio, with selective involvement in European portfolio companies. Ryan joined EQT in 2025 and is based in the firm's New York office. Prior to joining EQT, Ryan built more than 30 years of technology leadership experience across global businesses, serving as Chief Information Officer at LogicMonitor, Incora, and APM Terminals, and holding senior technology roles at Maersk and Dell.
