Feliphe Lavor

Feliphe Lavor is a Managing Director at EQT, where Feliphe leads AI adoption and acceleration for the Value Creation teams. Feliphe works with teams to map workflows, identify automation opportunities and implement AI solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making. Based in Madrid, Feliphe joined EQT in 2023 and first led design and UX research at Motherbrain, EQT's proprietary AI-driven investment platform. Prior to joining EQT, Feliphe was Senior UX Manager at Google, where Feliphe led UX for AI products including Nest, Chromecast, smart speakers and Pixel Tablet. Other roles include Director of Product Design at Samsara, leading AI products for supply chains and B2B SaaS, and digital strategy consulting at Huge for clients including Google, Walmart and Warner Bros. Feliphe holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, an MBA from Ibmec, and a postgraduate degree in Cognitive Ergonomics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
