Caleb Parikh

Mr. Parikh is a Director of Investments on EQT Real Estate's U.S. Logistics team, where he is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and executing industrial investments and developments throughout the United States. Mr. Parikh joined Exeter Property Group, now EQT Real Estate, in 2019 and has spent his entire real estate career with the firm. He previously served as an Investment & Leasing Officer in Texas, responsible for leasing, acquisitions, and development in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio markets. He has also held roles in financial analysis and portfolio management across the broader U.S. markets prior to assuming his current investment leadership responsibilities. Mr. Parikh holds a BBA with majors in Finance and Theology from the University of Notre Dame.
