Brian Zentz

Brian Zentz is a Director of Construction & Development at EQT Real Estate, where he oversees the development and construction execution of industrial and logistics assets across the firm's portfolio. Brian manages project delivery, construction contracting, and value creation on complex development initiatives from site acquisition through stabilization. Based in Indianapolis, Brian's work spans the Midwest and Mid-South regions, where EQT has built a substantial industrial and logistics platform. He is instrumental in sourcing, evaluating, and executing development projects across the company's geographic footprint. Brian joined EQT in 2019 and has been based in the firm's Indianapolis office since then. Brian holds a B.S. in Building Construction Management from Purdue University. Prior to joining EQT, he worked as a Project Manager for a large Midwest construction company and a national build-to-suit contractor, where he managed complex commercial and industrial construction projects.
