Brad Reed

Brad Reed, Treasurer and Controller. Mr. Reed is responsible for property and fund accounting, financial reporting, and cash controls.  He manages the production of each US investment vehicle’s quarterly financial statements as well as the annual audits that are performed.  His property level Treasury duties include oversight of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Managers and their teams, and his fund accounting functions include the accuracy, timeliness, and transparency of capital calls and distributions.  Prior to joining the company, he was a Manager in the Asset Management Assurance division at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he led the audits of numerous real estate private equity funds. He earned his CPA in 2007, albeit it is currently inactive. Mr. Reed holds a JD from Rutgers Law School Camden and a BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
