Bill Rose

Mr. Rose joined EQT Real Estate in 2022 and brings 25 years of institutional multifamily experience with a focus on major metropolitan areas in the sunbelt region. As an investments officer, Mr. Rose’s primary focus is sourcing, underwriting, negotiating and managing new real estate investments. Prior to joining EQT Real Estate, Mr. Rose held positions with leading regional investment sponsors such as Redwood Capital Group, JPI Partners, Internacional Realty, and StoneBridge Investments. Mr. Rose also worked in a brokerage capacity with the Dallas office of CBRE and in a lending capacity with Bank of America. Over the course of his career, Mr. Rose has been responsible for $1.5 Billion of institutional multifamily acquisitions. Mr. Rose has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of North Texas.
