Ben Lilley

Ben Lilley is Head of Investment Services, Europe within EQT Real Estate, a role he has held since June 2019 — over seven years. He provides expert oversight to the transaction activity across the region, working closely with investment teams and external partners to safeguard investments from an asset quality perspective and ultimately to ensure that the business delivers on its strategic and investment objectives, through the hold period, at financing and at disposal. Ben brings a strong track record in real estate with over 20 years of experience which includes both consultancy roles and experience working at large institutional investors. Ben continues to play a key role in shaping EQT Real Estate's approach across Europe.
