Bart Ligter

Bart Ligter is Director Property Management at EQT Real Estate, where he oversees property management for the Benelux, Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Austria, and coordinates the Opex and Capex budget across Europe. Based in the Netherlands, Bart's work spans several European markets, reflecting EQT Real Estate's pan-European approach to logistics asset management. Bart joined EQT Real Estate in March 2022. Prior to joining EQT, Bart was Senior Technical Property Manager Logistics at Cushman & Wakefield, where he managed logistics real estate portfolios of approximately 1 million square meters across 30 assets.
