Andrew Greybar

Andrew Greybar is a Director of Development and Construction at EQT, where he leads the construction management function for the portfolio across the West Region. Based in Phoenix, Andrew's work spans Arizona, California, Colorado, Utah, Nevada and Washington, covering new developments, redevelopments, and tenant improvements from underwriting through delivery, and acting as the connective tissue between local investment officers and property managers for the region's most complex projects. Andrew joined EQT in 2020 and has since shaped the West Region's construction platform. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame. Prior to joining EQT, he led development and design-build projects as a Senior Project Executive at LGE Design Build in Phoenix, and began his career as an architect at Ryan Companies US in Minneapolis and Phoenix, bringing a rare continuity of design, construction, and development experience to his work at EQT.
