Alvaro Molina de Ena

Alvaro joined EQT Partners Growth Team in September 2024.

Previously, Alvaro worked as an Investor at Warburg Pincus, focusing on Growth and Buyout investments across Technology and Education in EMEA.

Alvaro began his career in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan in London.

Alvaro holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE), and also simultaneously pursued Bachelor's degrees in both Politics and Economics through UNED.
