Adam Smith

Adam Smith is a UK Investment & Leasing Director at EQT Real Estate, responsible for identifying, sourcing and executing investment and development opportunities, alongside leading leasing activity and across the UK portfolio. Adam brings over 19 years of experience in UK real estate, specialising in the industrial and logistics sector. His experience spans acquisitions, development, leasing and asset management, with a track record of delivering investment strategies and development projects throughout the asset lifecycle. Prior to joining EQT, Adam was a Senior Director at Barwood Capital, where he led asset management activities and oversaw the delivery and commercialisation of I&L development projects across the UK. Previously, he held senior asset management positions at Warehouse REIT, M7 Real Estate and Dunedin, with responsibility for institutional I&L portfolios. Adam holds an MSc in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University and a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Greenwich.
