Aaron Abell

Aaron Abell is Head of Human Resources for EQT Real Estate, where he is responsible for shaping and driving the people strategy and operations for the global EQT Real Estate business. Having joined EQT Real Estate in March 2025, he brings over 17 years of HR leadership experience, with deep expertise in business transformation, talent development, and building high-performing cultures across complex, global organizations. Prior to joining EQT Real Estate, Aaron served as Head of HR - Americas at Southco, a global leader in engineered access hardware, and before that as Head of HR & Talent at Genesis Alkali, the world's largest producer of natural soda ash and an FMC spinoff. Throughout his career, he has led significant M&A activity, global learning and development programs, and organization-wide cultural transformation initiatives. Aaron holds an MBA and an MS in Management & Leadership from Western Governors University, as well as a BA in Political Science and Economics from Wabash College. He is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
