Several significant structural market tailwinds have supported continued growth in adoption of CluePoints’ platform, including: (i) increasing R&D spend as volumes of clinical trials uplifted in past years, (ii) increasing data complexity leading to need for RBQM software as modality and no. of data end-points increases, (iii) growing share of decentralized trials requiring digital remote monitoring tools and (iv) continuing regulatory push to drive data quality improvements with tightening regulatory guidance (ICH E6 and FDA) and increase in RBQM methodologies.

EQT intends to partner with CluePoints to support the continued growth of CluePoints’ leading position within RBQM Software, through further investment into commercial excellence and the company’s proprietary tech and statistical platform. The joint vision is for CluePoints to become the largest and most advanced global RBQM and Clinical Trial Risk & Data Review Software Platform worldwide. EQT intends to leverage its in-house digital business development experts as well as its extensive network of industrial advisors across Healthcare and Technology to support this ambition.
