Jakub Celmerowski

Jakub Celmerowski is Director of the EQT Real Estate Shared Services Centre in Warsaw, where he leads the finance operations underpinning EQT's real estate investment management activities across Europe. He is accountable for service delivery across four functional towers — Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Property Accounting — supporting a portfolio of funds and property-holding special-purpose vehicles, and he is driving the adoption of automation and AI to make these processes faster, more accurate, and more resilient. Jakub joined EQT in 2025 to lead the Real Estate Shared Services Centre. He safeguards the highest standards of day-to-day delivery — coordinating internal stakeholders and external service providers across the centre's four towers — while embedding the process excellence and continuous improvement that strengthen EQT Real Estate and add value across the wider EQT group. Before joining EQT, Jakub was Operations Director and Global RTR Lead at CBRE, where he owned the global Record-to-Report process for a portfolio of real estate funds and special-purpose vehicles and directed shared-service delivery across hubs in Warsaw, Memphis, Mexico City, and Hyderabad, spanning EMEA, North America, and Latin America. Over two decades across the United Kingdom, Poland, and the United States, he has centralised and transformed multi-country finance operations, led large-scale process and automation initiatives, and partnered with senior stakeholders on FP&A, controls, and SOX compliance. Jakub holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of East London and a degree in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics.
