Vinchi Gamboa

Vinchi Gamboa is Chief of Staff to the Chair Office at EQT, supporting the Group Chair across a broad range of strategic and operational priorities. He works across functions and geographies to ensure the Chair Office operates effectively in both internal and external contexts. Based in London, Vinchi's work spans EQT's global platform in support of the Group Chair's responsibilities across the firm. Vinchi joined the BPEA platform (now EQT Private Capital Asia) in 2014, spending most of his time in Singapore as an investment professional before transitioning to the Chief of Staff role in 2024. Vinchi holds a double degree in Applied Economics and Applied Corporate Management from De La Salle University in Manila, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, and an MBA from INSEAD. Prior to joining EQT, he worked as an Equity Analyst at UBS from 2010 to 2014.
