Priscilla Ip

Priscilla Ip joined the firm in 2020 and is an HR Director in the Private Capital Asia team. Prior to joining EQT Partners, Priscilla has held senior HR leadership roles at Bain Capital Asia and Credit Suisse, and earlier in her career at JPMorgan Chase and Morgan Stanley across Hong Kong, Tokyo and Australia. She serves as a Board Director of The Mekong Club, a non-profit organisation which works with corporations to bring about sustainable practices against modern slavery. Priscilla holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from the University of New South Wales.
