Patrick Cordes

Patrick Cordes is Investment COO at EQT, where he leads Deal Services, which comprises transaction and value creation services that support the full investment lifecycle across business lines. He also serves as COO for Private Capital Asia and is a member of the Global Private Capital Management Committee.

Patrick joined EQT in 2006, initially based in the firm's Hong Kong office. He is now based in Singapore with ongoing presence across both Singapore and Hong Kong. He is Deputy Chair of the Private Capital Asia Portfolio Performance Review Committee and a member of the Risk Committee and the Private Capital Asia Management and Exit and Liquidity Committees.

He is also a member of the Grant Committee of the EQT Foundation and a Director of Social Impact Partners.

Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from Lehigh University. Prior to joining EQT, he worked at Deloitte in New York and Hong Kong.
