Lance Lan

Lance Lan is a Managing Director who helped establish and build the Exit Management team within EQT Private Capital Asia after joining BPEA in 2018. He became part of EQT following the combination of EQT and BPEA in 2022. Lance brings more than 20 years of experience in investment banking and private equity across Asia and Europe. Prior to joining BPEA, he was Head of Investment Banking at GF Capital. Previously, he was a Director in the Investment Banking Division at Credit Suisse in Hong Kong and also held positions at ABN AMRO UK and Asia Resources Capital Partners. Lance holds a Bachelor's degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
